How It Works

Under Minnesota law, the host provides the alcohol. We handle the rest.

You Provide the Alcohol

Minnesota law requires the host to supply the alcohol for private events. We'll send you a personalized shopping list based on your guest count, event length, and drink preferences. You purchase it, you own it, and you can return whatever doesn't get opened.

We Bring the Bar

Portable bar, tools, mixers, garnishes, ice, drinkware, signage. We show up ready to go and set up before your first guest arrives.

Your Guests Enjoy

Professional bartending, crafted drinks, and a clean bar all night. When the last call hits, we break down and leave the venue spotless.

Packages

Two packages. No hidden fees.

Both packages include liquor liability insurance and a pre-event consultation. Per Minnesota regulations, you provide the alcohol. We take care of everything else.

The Pour

Up to 75 guests · 4 hours

$350 – $450

You provide the bottles. We bring the skill.

1 professional bartender for 4 hours
Full bar tool kit (shakers, jiggers, pourers, openers, strainers)
Cocktail napkins, straws, and bar towels
30-minute setup and breakdown
Pre-event drink menu consultation

Best for: Backyard weddings, smaller receptions, clients who already have a bar or table to work from.

The Setup

Up to 100 guests · 5 hours

$650 – $800

You provide the bottles. We bring the bar and everything behind it.

Everything in The Pour, plus:
Portable bar with skirting and branding
Premium disposable drinkware
Ice bins, coolers, and ice
All mixers: soda, tonic, ginger ale, ginger beer, juices
Garnishes: citrus, olives, cherries, fresh herbs
Bitters, simple syrup, grenadine
Drink menu signage
Personalized shopping list with quantity recommendations

Best for: Most weddings. The full bar experience without the full bar price tag.
